Director, Specialist Sales – Advanced Analytics Solutions

About the role

Mastercard Services’ Advanced Analytics business helps organisations optimise customer acquisition, engagement and growth through data‑driven solutions. We are looking for a Director, Specialist Sales to lead the expansion of these solutions across Retail & Commerce brands in the Asia‑Pacific region, based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to accelerate adoption of Mastercard’s Advanced Analytics solutions across Retail & Commerce clients throughout Asia Pacific.
• Drive new business growth through the sale of Test & Learn and broader Advanced Analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities across priority markets and key customer segments.
• Lead complex enterprise sales processes from qualification through contracting and expansion.
• Establish and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders across business, marketing, loyalty, analytics, digital, customer experience, strategy, and innovation functions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on growth strategy, customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, loyalty optimisation, digital transformation, and data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate closely with Mastercard account teams, Services sales specialists, product teams, consulting teams, and customer success organisations to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Position Advanced Analytics solutions as part of larger enterprise transformation and growth initiatives.
