Director, WRB Business Finance & Products Business Analyst

About the role

This senior position supports the CFO for Wealth and WRB Products by reviewing accounting and processes for WRB Retail and Wealth products. The role works closely with Financial Controllership, Financial Accounting, and global finance teams to ensure robust controls and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting and process reviews for WRB Retail and Wealth products across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with the CFO, finance, product, and operations teams to document and implement recommended accounting controls.
• Analyse existing processes, propose improvements, and roll out changes across countries.
• Participate in risk discussions, helping communicate WRB risk matters that affect financial performance.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Promote a collaborative culture within finance and non‑finance colleagues.

Required profile

• 10+ years of finance experience at a leading global financial services firm, preferably a bank.
• Strong knowledge of retail and wealth products and financial‑markets products.
• Proven ability to lead and transform broad finance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing global stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating complex, ambiguous situations.
