Distribution Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven, strategic Distribution Sales Manager to lead our channel partner ecosystem across ASEAN and serve as the Key Account Manager for one of our highest‑value strategic customers. Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for growing channel revenue, managing distributor pipelines and embedding our solutions within a premier account to secure long‑term design wins and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a distribution sales strategy for the ASEAN territory to meet revenue and design‑win targets.
• Manage, support and evaluate regional distribution partners, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with partners on inventory, demand forecasting and buffer‑stock strategies to mitigate supply risks.
• Provide product training and business reviews to distributor sales and engineering teams.
• Oversee the channel sales funnel, track POS data and manage design registration programs.
• Act as primary commercial contact for a strategic ASEAN key account, driving market‑share growth.
• Lead design‑in activities by building relationships with the customer’s R&D, procurement and quality teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, master supply and non‑disclosure agreements.
• Maintain accurate demand forecasts and capacity planning for the key account.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience in electronic components, interconnect or semiconductor industry.
• At least 3 years of regional channel/distribution management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and design‑win targets.
• Strong commercial negotiation and account‑management capabilities.
