Domain Expert – Cleanroom & Data Center Solutions

About the role

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Domain Expert to lead regional expertise for Copra, FFU, EFU and Solutions Fan across Cleanroom, Data Center, Pharmaceutical and Electronics Manufacturing markets in Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional subject‑matter expert for fan and airflow solutions, translating customer needs into product specifications and roadmap inputs.
• Gather market intelligence, competitive insights and technology trends to act as the Voice of Customer champion.
• Support product management with business case development, market sizing and feasibility assessments.
• Create technical white papers, application guides, success stories and sales enablement materials.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities with OEMs, EPCs, design consultants and key accounts.
• Maintain regional pricing guidance, value propositions and product selection tools, and collaborate on strategic pricing.
• Monitor product line performance, pipeline health and competitive activity, providing regular business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, HVAC or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, cleanroom or data‑center cooling, with background in application engineering, technical sales, product management or business development.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently across Southeast Asia.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region and proficiency in English and Mandarin.
