About the role
We are a fast‑fashion e‑commerce company that offers trendy, affordable apparel. We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive who can work independently while contributing effectively to the team. The role focuses on order packing, shipment unpacking and inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Unpack incoming shipments, sort and organize stock, and restock items.
- Count inventory, maintain stock records and support inventory audits.
- Assist in moving heavy goods and handling bulk items as needed.
- Help optimise logistical processes and improve workflow.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline inventory management practices.
- Support livestream session operations, including steam‑ironing garments.
- Perform other duties assigned by management, with flexible hours and part‑time options available.
