Engineer / Senior Engineer - Air Network Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer or Senior Engineer to lead customer‑focused air network solutions across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will translate complex customer requirements into scalable, cost‑effective network designs and manage projects from concept through deployment and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑revenue, cross‑functional projects that span air network, sales, revenue management and airline partner planning.
• Act as the primary advisor for customer linehaul requests, identifying innovative and cost‑effective solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end project execution, including performance tracking after deployment.
• Design tailored network solutions that meet specialized customer needs while ensuring operational feasibility.
• Coordinate with internal operations, procurement, planning teams and third‑party vendors to align capacity and service performance.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineering teams to develop and maintain automation tools that streamline planning workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Logistics, Operations Research or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in air network planning, airline partnerships, aviation operations or logistics network development.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into network solutions and to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience working directly with airline partners or third‑party aviation service providers.
