Enterprise Account Manager - Remote Singapore

About the role

Trellix, a global cybersecurity company, is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to grow new business sales within existing customers in a defined geography. The role leads a cross-functional team (Sales Engineering, Inside Sales, CSM and Renewals) to close deals and meet quota, and works alongside the regional inside renewals team to grow or upsell renewals and expand new business in accounts that are shrinking or stable.

Key responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to position security cloud platform solutions and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Work with technical pre-sales and professional services teams to develop solutions and run workshops, and engage senior executives and board-level stakeholders in accounts.
• Develop account and opportunity plans, build relationships with channel and service partners on strategic agreements, and manage the sales CRM with weekly accurate forecasting.
• Stay current on security market trends and meet training targets on products, processes and promotions.

Required profile

• Experience in a matrixed organization, with the split between new business and renewals.
• Track record of turning distressed accounts into top-producing customers and achieving pipeline goals.
• Experience building trust with partners and engaging C-level clients and presales teams early in the sales cycle.
• Experience working with channel and system integrators, recording forecasts and driving linearity.
