Enterprise Sales Manager – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and English to drive growth of ID8’s supply chain intelligence solutions across China’s manufacturing sector. The role will involve selling market intelligence reports, a supply‑chain resilience hub, tariff scenario planning and supplier collaboration tools to both Jabil’s supplier ecosystem and new manufacturing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise business across the China manufacturing market, including Jabil suppliers and external manufacturers.
• Build and manage a pipeline through prospecting, industry relationships, referrals and events.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery and product demonstration to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Sell consultatively to senior stakeholders in procurement, sourcing, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Translate customer challenges into business cases for ID8’s intelligence and risk solutions.
• Maintain pipeline discipline, CRM management and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in the China market.
• Experience selling market intelligence, supply‑chain or risk intelligence solutions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, procurement, sourcing and supply‑chain environments.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with deep knowledge of Chinese business practices.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build pipeline and close complex enterprise deals.
