About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic entry‑level Clinical Audiologists to join our islandwide network of hearing‑care stores in Singapore. You will work directly with clients to assess their hearing needs and provide tailored hearing‑aid solutions.

Key responsibilities

Conduct hearing assessments and evaluate hearing‑aid options for clients.
Fit, adjust and fine‑tune hearing aids, providing counselling on usage and care.
Deliver after‑sales support, troubleshooting and maintenance of devices.
Maintain accurate client and sales records and manage daily store operations, including inventory and cleanliness.
Promote hearing health through screening events, outreach activities and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

Diploma or degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, Speech & Hearing or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in audiology, hearing‑aid fitting or healthcare retail is preferred.
Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
