Event Assistant – Ticketing Management (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Event Assistant to support ticketing and guest management for a variety of events. This contract position offers hands‑on experience in coordinating VIP seating, sponsor appreciation sessions, and partnership logistics across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare guest lists, send email invitations, track RSVPs and respond to general enquiries.
• Assist in planning and ticketing the seating gallery for VIPs and invited guests.
• Support the organization and execution of appreciation sessions for sponsors and partners.
• Help source and manage sponsorships and partnership agreements.
• Maintain the ticketing system and liaise with partner organisations for ticketing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Events Management or Marketing.
• Detail‑oriented individual who works well in a team.
• Comfortable working weekends and after‑office hours due to event schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
