About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Event & Marketing Assistant who enjoys travelling to roadshows and events across Singapore. You will be the friendly face that greets visitors, explains simple next steps and ensures each event runs smoothly following a clear, pre‑defined process.
Key responsibilities
- Attend scheduled roadshows and promotional events on site.
- Engage with attendees, answer basic questions and guide them through the next steps.
- Follow a structured event flow, ensuring all tasks are completed in the correct order.
- Maintain a tidy and organized event setup, avoiding last‑minute chaos.
Required profile
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Prefers a well‑structured environment over ad‑hoc changes.
- Comfortable with a non‑salesy, advisory approach.
