Executive Architectural Associate

About the role

Sembcorp Specialised Construction is seeking an Executive Architectural Associate to join its multidisciplinary consultancy team in Singapore. The role involves shaping project briefs, developing design concepts, and presenting solutions that align with safety, regulatory and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit building plans and obtain clearances in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Integrate HSE considerations and legal requirements into design work.
• Develop architectural details, specifications and 3D/2D model annotations.
• Support tender preparation, contract administration and construction management.
• Coordinate handover procedures and ensure project completion according to TOP & CSC guidelines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural practice covering master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential projects, or alterations.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory bodies (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks) and related codes of practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Only Singaporean candidates will be considered due to job sensitivity.
