Executive / Manager, Industry Development Division 1 (6-month Temp Contract)

About the role

The Industry Development Division 1 (IDD1) supports the Training Partners Group in building a robust Continuing Education and Training ecosystem. This six‑month temporary position provides administrative and operational support to account managers, programme partners and CET centres.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational assistance to Account Managers, including coordination of internal and external communications.
• Maintain records, trackers and supporting documentation for programme operations.
• Offer logistical and scheduling support for meetings, briefings and other events.
• Support selected course‑processing activities by collating data, coordinating with internal stakeholders and partners, and handling surge workloads during peak periods.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a data‑centric operating environment or programme review.
• Strong analytical and systematic problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Proactive, accountable and adaptable to fast‑paced, dynamic settings.
