Executive (Partnerships & Programmes)

About the role

The Pas-Central Singapore Community Development Council (CDC) is hiring a Programme Executive to manage procurement, administrative support and the delivery of its Social-Emotional Wellness & Inclusiveness programmes, including The Purple Parade, The Purple Symphony and inclusion grants. The role also covers stakeholder engagement and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support all procurement matters for CDC programmes, working with internal staff and the People's Association HQ Administration & Procurement Division
• Provide operational and administrative support for assigned programmes, including managing project timelines and helping the project manager plan and execute them
• Outreach and engage corporate partners, community partners, the community and residents
• Maintain databases, records and reports for assigned programmes, gathering data from internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and execute assigned programmes under the Social-Emotional Wellness & Inclusiveness pillar of The Better Life model, including supporting The Purple Symphony rehearsals as needed
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior officers and take part in cross-team building initiatives

Required profile

• At least 2 years in programme administration or procurement support, with knowledge of government procurement processes and administrative procedures
• Experience in project timeline management, reporting and record management
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging corporate partners, community organisations and residents, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Curiosity and resourcefulness, questioning assumptions and proposing innovative solutions
• Knowledge of a second language such as Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or a dialect
