Executive – Plumbing & Heating Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive to lead our Plumbing and Heating team across Singapore. You will oversee all project phases, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver excellent service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise plumbing and heating projects from initiation to completion, adhering to design specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Lead, mentor and train a team of plumbers, heating technicians, and apprentices.
• Implement quality assurance measures and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Communicate with clients, provide progress updates, and address concerns.
• Allocate resources, monitor budgets, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records and resolve any installation challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in plumbing and heating.
• Higher education diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under hot conditions, lift 20‑40 kg, and handle rotating shifts, weekends and overtime.
