Executive Sales & Business Development – Japanese Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an Executive to drive sales and business development for our IT solutions, with a focus on Japanese‑speaking clients. The role involves managing existing accounts, generating new business, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and margins by servicing existing clients and acquiring new accounts through calls, presentations and reports.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from qualifying opportunities, providing quotes, to closing deals and ensuring smooth completion.
• Proactively follow up on enquiries, identify client needs and maintain ongoing relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve supply‑chain issues and coordinate with the inside‑sales team.
• Identify growth potential in accounts by analysing market trends and staying updated on product developments.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or business development within the IT industry.
• Results‑oriented, self‑starter with strong communication skills (face‑to‑face, email, phone).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
