About the role

This part‑time hybrid position is based in Singapore and focuses on executive search and talent acquisition. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and engage top‑tier talent for senior and executive roles.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments.
• Consult with clients to define hiring strategies and requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Maintain long‑term professional relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition or recruitment consulting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s employment market is a plus.
