Executive / Senior Executive – Partnership Development

About the role

The Executive / Senior Executive, Partnership Development supports Arts House Group’s fundraising, stakeholder engagement and communications across its festivals, programmes and institutional initiatives. The role focuses on cultivating corporate sponsors, foundations, individual donors and strategic partners while helping to raise the organisation’s visibility and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and consolidate new corporate, foundation and individual donor prospects to strengthen the fundraising pipeline.
• Maintain stakeholder databases, prospect lists and donor records in the donor management system.
• Prepare background research, briefing materials and supporting information for donor meetings, sponsorship proposals and partnership presentations.
• Coordinate donor stewardship and engagement initiatives, including sponsor activations, networking sessions, appreciation events and behind‑the‑scenes experiences.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising campaigns, donor appeals and partnership initiatives across festivals, venues and programmes.
• Monitor online donation platforms and shared email accounts to ensure timely follow‑up on donations and sponsorship enquiries.
• Assist in consolidating budgets, statistics and programme outcomes for funding proposals and sponsorship reports.
• Plan and execute donor and stakeholder engagement events, handling venue coordination, RSVP management, procurement, on‑site logistics and guest management.
