Executive, Strategic Planning and Evaluation (PHIC)

About the role

SingHealth is looking for an Executive to support the planning, development and implementation of a new programme involving hospital-wide collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The Executive also joins the administrative team supporting the Division of Population Health & Integrated Care.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic planning, development and implementation of the Programme.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including establishing protocols, procedures and collaterals.
• Manage and support project implementation: scoping, analysis, problem solving, risk management, resource use, communication and project accounting.
• Create and update databases and information repositories to track progress and evaluate initiatives.
• Provide secretariat and administrative support for the Programme, Workgroup and Division.
• Help prepare management reports, presentations and submissions, write proposals, run budgeting exercises and handle other administrative duties.
• Recommend, monitor and control the Programme and Division budget so that plans are implemented and objectives met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in programme or project management, healthcare management or a related role is an advantage.
