Executive, Student Services (STAR Concession Card Module) - 6-Month Contract

About the role

Temasek Polytechnic is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Executive on a 6-month contract to support the implementation and operation of the new Student Attainment and Records (STAR) system's Student Concession Card module. The role covers concession card administration, case management, processing and operational workload, and provides secondary support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational support for the STAR Student Concession Card module, including system administration, processing, tracking and follow-up.
• Manage student concession card applications and cases: check submissions, maintain accurate records, monitor case status, coordinate with Schools, Departments and external parties, and support reporting.
• Support concession card distribution and respond to student enquiries on applications, collection and related processes.
• Provide secondary frontline and operational support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary, including enquiries, space readiness and bookings, and service records.
• Support peak-period operations, student touchpoint activities and other departmental duties as required.

Required profile

• Qualifications in any discipline; experience in customer service, student services, hospitality or office administration is an advantage.
• Strong service orientation and written and verbal communication skills, able to engage students and stakeholders clearly, patiently and professionally.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, records and follow-ups reliably, including during peak periods.
• Collaborative and willing to learn new tools and processes.
