Executive/Senior Executive – Corporate Travel & Ticketing

About the role

The Executive/Senior Executive, Corporate Travel & Ticketing is responsible for managing airline ticket reservations, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth travel coordination for corporate clients. The role also provides after‑office‑hours support and contributes to sales of ancillary travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Book, re‑book, cancel, exchange, refund and re‑issue domestic and international tickets using airline reservation systems or GDS platforms.
• Assist clients in planning itineraries, providing information on fares, visa requirements, baggage policies and travel regulations.
• Liaise with airlines, agencies and other stakeholders to confirm schedules, resolve booking issues and communicate flight changes.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments and ticket issuance; prepare periodic reports on bookings and customer feedback.
• Promote and upsell additional services such as Wi‑Fi routers, e‑SIMs, insurance, hotel bookings and car rentals.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O/A or a qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate ticketing and travel reservations.
• Strong knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing rules, routing and reservation procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills; confident and able to interact with clients at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and resolve travel‑related issues efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
