Fabric Care Designer

About the role

P&G is looking for a Fabric Care Designer to join its Singapore General Office team, which designs for brands used by millions of people every day. As a P&G Fabric Care Designer, you will craft the visual strategy, design and execution of the brand's creative assets, mainly 2D package design and other touchpoints, working with multi-disciplinary partners.

Key responsibilities

• Under the direction of the design lead, build concepts and develop the visual strategy across consumer touchpoints including brand identity, packaging, visual communications and digital commerce.
• Support the creation and execution of Brand Guidelines so assets are applied consistently and creatively across touchpoints and regions.
• Take part in initiatives covering packaging, digital commerce and brand identity, including graphic adaptations for reapplication markets.
• Join design brainstorms, weekly studio meetings, design reviews and print production meetings, communicate conceptual and directional choices and stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices.

Required profile

• 5-10 years of full-time graphic design experience.
• BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• A portfolio showing strong design mastery in graphic design, package design and brand identity, assessed on creativity, design system thinking, brand building, storytelling, problem-solving, typography and technical mastery.
• Experience designing for FMCG brands.
• Understanding of design thinking and the ability to ideate user-centred, scalable visual systems across channels, markets and formats.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, resilience and flexibility in a fast-changing environment, eagerness to learn and high capacity with disciplined time management.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of print feasibility and production requirements for packaging and digital content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, including the use of AI features.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere and Figma is a plus.
