About the role
The Facilities Coordinator cum Receptionist provides tactical support for workplace tools and processes, acting as the first point of contact for employee needs. This hospitality‑focused role partners with cross‑functional teams to enhance the employee experience and keep the office ready for daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage security badges, and coordinate meetings.
- Stock and order office supplies, handle mail receipt and distribution.
- Process internal service tickets, oversee minor office repairs, furniture moves, and safety programs.
- Track budgets, process requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and credit‑card expenses.
- Monitor space utilization, assign workstations, and support new‑hire orientations and HR I‑9 processing.
- Plan and coordinate social events under Workday Life programs.
- Manage vendor relationships for coffee/snacks, supplies, shredding, first aid, plant maintenance, HVAC, and janitorial services.
- Liaise with property management and internal departments such as Safety, Business Technology, Benefits, Legal, and Marketing.
- Schedule work orders through C&W’s CMMS to ensure timely completion.
Required profile
- Experience in a fast‑paced professional environment (preferred).
- Some college education preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, detail‑orientation, and time‑management skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to organizational changes.
