Facilities Management Intern

About the role

NTUC Health, a provider of senior day care, home care, nursing home and family medicine services in Singapore, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Management Intern. The internship gives hands-on experience in facility operations, maintenance coordination and workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily facilities operations, including maintenance requests and space management.
• Support coordination of facility repairs and liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Inspect office spaces and report maintenance issues.
• Track and update facilities-related records and documentation.
• Take part in sustainability initiatives and workplace safety programmes.
• Help with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
• Assist with ad hoc projects on facility improvements and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate or a related field at a local polytechnic or university.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to create video content for Facilities Management and Project Works.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of vendor and contract management.
