Facility Coordinator

About the role

Silicon Labs is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day operations of its Singapore campus, which includes both laboratory and office spaces covering roughly 50,000 sq ft. The role ensures the site remains safe, functional, compliant, and well‑maintained while supporting employees and lab activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities operations for office and lab environments.
• Serve as the primary on‑site contact for facilities‑related issues and requests.
• Manage vendors for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, waste, and lab support services.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and respond to ad‑hoc repair needs.
• Support lab utilities, equipment coordination, and compliance in partnership with EHS.
• Assist with space management, moves, and minor projects.
• Track work orders, service requests, and vendor performance.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Help manage facilities budgets, invoices, and purchase requests.
• Partner with regional facilities leadership on standards, reporting, and site initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of facilities coordination or operations experience.
• Experience supporting both office and laboratory environments.
• Familiarity with vendor management and service contracts.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and facilities compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience with CMMS or ticketing systems is preferred.
