Senior Building Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Building Operations Engineer to lead the engineering department of our Singapore facility. You will oversee daily operations of building M&E and ACMV systems, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Building General M&E, ACMV, and Process Utility Systems (CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, Scrubber, etc.).
• Lead and manage a team of shift leads and technicians, ensuring 24x7 coverage.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimise downtime.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate corrective actions and document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with other departments for integrated facility management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Building Operation Engineer or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience supervising technical teams on a 24 × 7 basis.
• Knowledge of relevant safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
