Field & Event Marketing Manager – APAC

About the role

Deepgram is building the Voice AI economy and needs a senior marketer to make the brand visible and credible across APAC. You will create and run field and event programs, grow technical community engagement, and turn those activities into pipeline for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an APAC field and events plan and budget aligned with regional sales leadership.
• Launch recurring technical community programs in Singapore, India and Australia with steady developer and customer attendance.
• Design and run joint field programs with cloud, technology and channel partners, tracking shared pipeline goals.
• Localize global event kits, create a live customer proof library, and ensure APAC representation on the website.
• Deliver executive roundtables, customer dinners and sponsorships on time and on budget, reporting spend, attendance and pipeline.

Required profile

• 3–6 years experience in field or event marketing covering APAC, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer‑focused markets.
• Proven ability to build technical community audiences and partner co‑marketing programs.
• Comfort working autonomously as the first marketer in the region and traveling 30‑40% across APAC.

Required skills

• Experience planning and executing end‑to‑end field and event programs.
• Ability to adapt global playbooks to local markets and languages.
• Familiarity with AI‑native workflows and using AI tools for planning, logistics and reporting.
