Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Logicalis Asia Pacific, an AI-driven technology integrator with 7,000+ professionals across 30 territories, is looking for a Field Marketing Manager based in its Singapore headquarters. The role leads field marketing strategies that strengthen Logicalis' presence in Singapore and the wider region, blending local market expertise with regional brand building.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute targeted demand generation campaigns (brand, events, digital, content) that fuel the sales pipeline and revenue growth
• Build partnerships with sales teams, content creators and vendor partners to deliver effective marketing initiatives
• Measure campaign effectiveness and turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Review plans with vendor partners to find opportunities for marketing funds and investment plans
• Drive and manage internal events and communications such as win of the week, quarterly all-hands, sales kick-off and internal newsletters
• Work with the Head of Marketing & Partner Alliance APAC to create and align the regional field marketing strategy
• Develop and deliver relevant content for target audiences

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in Singapore or the wider APAC region
• Proven track record of developing and running successful marketing campaigns
• Experience managing vendor relationships and using partner marketing funds
• Data-driven approach with adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced market
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones

Required skills

• Marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. SharpSpring, HubSpot)
• Digital marketing channels and tactics, and familiarity with budget management and ROI analysis
• Content creation, storytelling, presentation and public speaking
