About the role
Fuku is looking for a hands-on Field Engineer to support on-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems. You will work directly on site, helping bring automation and control systems into operation.
Key responsibilities
- Wire up and check PLC panels, sensors and field devices
- Perform I/O testing and signal checks
- Support SAT and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot issues during system setup and go-live
- Verify systems run correctly before handover
Required profile
- Diploma in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 2+ years of hands-on field or automation experience
- Experience with PLC-based installation, testing or commissioning, and electrical troubleshooting (wiring, sensors, control panels)
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics on site
- Valid authorisation to work in Singapore
- On-site role with frequent travel to project locations within Singapore
Required skills
- PLC systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley and Schneider
- I/O testing and wiring of control panels
- Electrical troubleshooting and reading schematics
Exposure to automation, robotics, AGV/AMR or warehouse systems is a plus. Pay is S$4,500 to S$5,500 per month depending on experience.
