Finance Analyst – FP&A

About the role

Dyson is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You will support the Executive team by delivering performance analysis, budgeting, and reporting across markets, categories, and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Management Reporting: Deliver timely, high‑quality reporting packages to senior management and stakeholders.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Support the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts, analyse performance and provide actionable insights.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with Group Finance stakeholders to ensure consistency and standardisation in planning and reporting.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to reporting frameworks, leveraging automation tools and software.
• Ad‑hoc Analysis: Provide additional analysis and reporting support as required.

• High commercial awareness and ability to interpret data and trends.
