Finance Business Partner

About the role

Finance Business Partner will work closely with business units to provide financial insight, support decision‑making and help optimise performance across BIT’s digital‑asset services. The role bridges finance and operations, analysing both fiat and cryptocurrency exposures while contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business departments, understanding their operations from a financial perspective.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present business financial information to stakeholders.
• Provide analysis and insights that link finance to business strategies and help improve yield.
• Analyse and hedge various fiat and cryptocurrency risk exposures.
• Manage cash and cryptocurrency positions and produce forecasts.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial accounting.
• Independent, quick learner with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Visionary and strategic thinker with a track record of growing operations in challenging economic environments.
• Creative and proactive problem‑solver.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
