Finance Director (Life Sciences)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership for a Singapore‑based Life Sciences distributor operating across Asia. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Manage treasury functions such as cash flow, investments and capital structure.
• Drive cost optimisation and implement financial systems and technology enhancements.
• Develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring robust risk management, internal controls and compliance.
• Maintain key stakeholder relationships with auditors, regulators and senior management.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with senior leadership responsibility.
• Background in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Distribution sectors.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance or business.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA.
