Finance Manager

About the role

Kinexcs is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its remote finance team. You will play a key role in maintaining financial discipline while supporting the rapid growth of our AI‑driven digital health startup.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month‑end/ year‑end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with startup objectives.
• Implement and optimise accounting systems and processes suitable for a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Handle tax filings, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and other regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with operations, sales, and product teams to support business initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial advisors.
• Monitor cash flow, analyse financial trends, and provide actionable insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting or finance within a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
