Finance Manager – Singapore & Malaysia

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Manager to support Nasty Cookies' growth across Singapore and Malaysia. The role combines strategic finance activities with hands‑on accounting operations, partnering closely with the leadership team to drive performance and ensure robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for all business functions.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse key drivers, trends and variances.
• Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives and expansion.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity and cost management.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements and performance reports.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning and working‑capital requirements.
• Oversee banking relationships, treasury activities and payment processes.
• Take ownership of full accounting operations – AR, AP, GL and month‑end close.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore and Malaysia accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing finance functions across multiple entities.
• Familiarity with Singapore and Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Ability to partner with Operations, Supply Chain, HR and Commercial teams.
