Finance Performance Management Analyst

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Finance Performance Management Analyst to support the reporting, submission and communication of financial KPIs, and to track and analyse them so that management receives actionable insights. The role works closely with Distribution, Strategy and Product teams on KPI monitoring, financial planning and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the reporting, submission and communication of financial KPIs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and quality submissions within timelines.
• Facilitate the tracking of financial KPIs and the analysis needed to help the management team make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Distribution, Strategy and Product teams on KPI monitoring, financial planning and forecasting aligned with company objectives.
• Work with the Distribution team on sales forecasting, using the latest market trends and sentiment, and help implement tools and dashboards to improve process and tracking efficiency.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in a relevant financial reporting, planning or performance management role.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial studies or Business.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and a proactive personality.
