Finance Senior Executive

About the role

The Finance Senior Executive will manage the full accounts payable cycle for the bank, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, staff reimbursements, and indirect tax submissions. The role also supports month‑end and year‑end closing activities and contributes to system and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, staff reimbursements and indirect tax filings.
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Execute payments using appropriate methods and review/approve payments via top‑up memos.
• Prepare journal entries and schedules to reconcile system reports to balances.
• Participate in project improvements and system implementations to streamline payment processes.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors and maintain communication with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Accounting diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts payable function.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a professional attitude.
• Analytical and implementation abilities to manage multiple tasks and drive change.
• High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
