Finance Transformation Manager / Senior Manager, Business Consulting

About the role

EY is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager in its Finance Business Consulting team in Singapore. You will help drive the Finance agenda in an international firm, working across borders, with flexible working arrangements and ongoing training.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the team in gathering data and information about current-state processes through client interviews and process walkthroughs
• Analyze, understand, optimize and redesign end-to-end Finance processes, including the technology used
• Prepare and support the automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, AI and machine learning
• Lead research and knowledge collection from internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations
• Describe Finance policies, improve Finance data and standards and work toward enhancements in Finance performance management
• Determine the digital Finance strategy, design the Finance operating model and set up Finance governance for CFO offices
• Work closely with Directors and Partners on proposal development

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Process Champion or Consultant
• Prior experience leading teams for projects and pursuits
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in English; additional local language skills are an asset

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems and functionalities for Finance processes such as order to cash, procure to pay and record to report
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
