Financial Analyst

About the role

The Finance Analyst will report to the Senior Finance Manager and support the Deputy Finance Manager and Senior Finance Analyst. This role offers exposure to day‑to‑day financial accounting, analysis, treasury and investment support while working with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated management and financial reports, perform variance analysis and respond to ad‑hoc requests.
• Support the finance team and other functions during month‑end close and external audits, ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Conduct data‑driven and qualitative analysis to generate actionable recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with local legislation, tax regulations, GST filing, transfer pricing and other statutory submissions.
• Assist treasury operations in a multi‑currency environment and manage regional cash flows.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, advisors and other partners.
• Contribute to business optimisation projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote safety standards in the workplace.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
• Experience in financial accounting, reporting, treasury and investment support.
• Knowledge of local tax legislation, GST and transfer pricing requirements.
• Proven ability to work effectively during month‑end close and audit periods.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
