Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Ingram Micro is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Kallang Bahru, reporting to the CFO. The incumbent supports all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts, month-end and year-end closing, budgeting and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial data such as costing, pricing, sales, gross profit, market sectors and product analysis
• Monitor operating results: sales, gross profit, OPEX, operating income, CAPEX and working capital
• Assist the management team with forecasting, budgeting and month-end closing
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly P&L accounts, balance sheets and working capital statements
• Work with the CFO, finance team and local management to prepare weekly flash forecasts (revenues, operating income, working capital) and the annual plan
• Liaise with the regional and corporate FP&A team to standardise reporting
• Evaluate data, assess risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to business partners
• Manage budget and strategy planning processes, identify operating risks and opportunities, and guide financial forecasts
• Execute projects efficiently, communicating status, issues and resource needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Preference for candidates from the IT industry in a distributor environment
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification is an added advantage

Required skills

• SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, Smart View and OneStream
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and in a team, communicate with stakeholders and meet constant deadlines
