About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our digital banking team. The role will support the finance agenda across the region, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end special projects, including problem definition, hypothesis testing and change implementation.
Collaborate with business teams to forecast growth, set budgets and shape the regional finance agenda.
Prepare management and budget analysis reports for decision‑makers, extracting actionable insights from financial data.
Conduct finance‑related ad‑hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical abilities and communication skills.
Organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
