Financial Product Manager

About the role

Fuku is looking for an experienced Financial Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and ongoing improvement of financial and trading products across multiple asset classes. The role owns the full product lifecycle, from market research and strategy through design, launch, optimization and internal enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, client needs and regional opportunities across CFDs, FX, commodities, equities, fixed income, funds and cryptocurrency.
• Own the product lifecycle from inception to launch, including market research, requirements gathering, design, business rules, launch, monitoring and optimization.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, features, positioning and industry developments to keep products competitive.
• Build product roadmaps and work with Trading, Risk, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and user behaviour, use data to find issues and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and external clients and turn business needs into actionable product solutions.
• Maintain product documentation, SOPs, operating workflows, manuals and training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial or trading products, with exposure to one or more asset classes.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, ideally including 0-to-1 launches.
• Strong product thinking, problem solving and analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial markets, trading products, product structures and trading workflows.
• SQL and/or Python is an advantage.
• Preferred: experience at a brokerage, multi-asset trading platform, investment bank, securities firm, fintech or digital asset trading platform.
