Food and Beverage Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Raffles Hotel Singapore, a historic 19th-century luxury hotel, is hiring a Food and Beverage Marketing Executive on a temporary basis from December 2026 to May 2027 to cover maternity leave. The role supports the development of hotel Food and Beverage collaterals, public relations programmes and advertising artwork, and provides coordination support for hotel events and administration for the Marketing Communications department.

Key responsibilities

• Support public relations campaigns, including media relations, publicity outreach and plans for seasonal promotions, launches and media engagement.
• Support advertising campaigns, media plans and the creation of creative artwork and copy for Food and Beverage venues.
• Work with Marketing Communications colleagues to develop collaterals and coordinate photoshoots for Food and Beverage concepts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate Food and Beverage events and promotions.
• Coordinate PR reporting, process quotations and invoices, and handle sponsorships and gift voucher requisitions.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in marketing communications or public relations; hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Oral fluency in English and Mandarin, with written excellence in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe software; Adobe Photoshop and simple video editing are advantages.
