About the role
The St. Regis Singapore is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Service Experts to create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal feels special from setting the table to the final bill.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange dining tables according to service standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and ensure a tidy service environment.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.
