Food Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Food Production Supervisor will lead daily operations from kitchen preparation through packing, retort, isolation and warehouse transfer. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production flow, coordinating manpower and workflow to achieve schedule and output goals.
• Monitor and improve daily production efficiency, reducing waste and optimizing ingredient and packaging usage.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness and food‑safety SOPs, supervising sealing quality, retort processes and product handling.
• Supervise production and foreign workers, manage attendance, discipline, productivity and conduct daily briefings.
• Maintain accurate production records, checklists and daily reports, and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, FMCG or food production.
• Proven experience managing production and foreign workers.
• Strong leadership, discipline and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and comfortable working on the production floor.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
