Food Production Worker – Cold Room Operations

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Food Production Worker to join our cold‑room operations in Boon Lay, Singapore. The role involves operating food preparation equipment, following strict recipes and ensuring a safe, hygienic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate food preparation machines and related equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow food processing recipes and SOPs accurately.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards, especially in the cold‑room area.
• Adhere to shift schedules (5‑day or 6‑day work weeks) and attend shuttle service from Admiralty MRT as needed.

Required profile

• Willingness to undergo on‑the‑job training.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
• Physical capability to work in a cold‑room environment.

Required skills

• Food preparation machine operation.

• Permanent contract with a monthly salary of SGD 1,800‑1,900 (gross up to SGD 3,000 with overtime).
