Fresher Desktop Support (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our IT team as a Desktop Support Engineer on a contract basis. You will help maintain a smooth computing environment for our clients across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve client platform issues to restore functionality and minimise downtime.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications and desktop hardware.
• Respond promptly to IT incidents, investigate root causes and deliver temporary or permanent solutions in line with service level agreements.
• Coordinate with external support vendors for maintenance, support and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and document configurations to ensure accurate records and compliance.
• Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects, providing technical support for smooth transitions.
• Execute ad‑hoc IT duties to support business operations and technology needs.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level graduate with a keen interest in IT support.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and vendors.
