Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join the Group Engineering Centre – Video Analytics team at ST Engineering. You will design and develop end‑to‑end video analytics solutions and platforms that enable deployment, operation and visualisation of AI and computer‑vision capabilities across ST Engineering businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications for video analytics platforms, including responsive React user interfaces and backend services/APIs built with Java or Python.
• Integrate applications with video ingestion pipelines, computer‑vision services, machine‑learning inference systems and enterprise metadata services.
• Apply software‑engineering best practices such as clean code, modular design, testing, documentation and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot defects, performance and scalability issues, and contribute to shared frameworks and reusable components.
• Collaborate with machine‑learning engineers, product owners and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, operational solutions in an agile environment.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer delivering production‑quality software systems.
• Excellent software‑engineering fundamentals and experience building maintainable, scalable applications.
• Fluency in React for front‑end development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java or Python.
