Full-Time Retail Educator

About the role

The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon’s retail success. As a full‑time Educator you will create world‑class guest experiences, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s community‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests, assess their needs, and provide personalized purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting value and benefits.
• Execute accurate transactions and omnichannel programs in line with company standards.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote and participate in local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
• Maintain product presentation, restock floor items, and perform cleaning tasks to preserve the store’s luxury environment.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations and ensure a safe work environment.
