Fullstack Developer

About the role

Vinova, a development company founded in 2010 for mobile, web and enterprise applications, is looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer in Singapore. The role leads the maintenance, support and modernization of mission-critical enterprise applications, combining technical troubleshooting with modernization roadmaps for highly regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain existing web applications and enterprise systems: manage change requests, assess impacts, fix bugs and optimize performance
• Handle production incidents, run root cause analysis and help set up monitoring, backups and disaster recovery
• Apply security fixes from code reviews, vulnerability assessments and penetration tests
• Design and run modernization roadmaps moving legacy systems to modern architectures
• Document legacy architectures and share knowledge across the team

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3-5 years developing, maintaining and supporting enterprise systems
• Bonus: government or highly regulated industry experience, proven leadership of modernization projects, event-driven solutions such as Solace, and Azure DevOps experience

Required skills

• Java (including Java 8), Spring Framework and Spring Boot; legacy frameworks Apache Struts, JSF, JSP, JSTL and Oracle WebLogic
• React, jQuery, LocalStorage and cookies
• Oracle and Sybase databases, SFTP and batch processing
• APIs, microservices, containerization, cloud deployment and SiteMinder, LDAP, Active Directory, OIDC
• Git, SVN, Linux/Unix basics and CI/CD tools
