Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down funeral venues, arranging floral displays and ceremonial items.
• Manage transportation logistics for the deceased between locations to ensure timely and dignified transfers.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful support to grieving families to ease their experience.
• Guide attendees and assist with ceremonial duties to maintain smooth proceedings.
• Maintain and prepare funeral service equipment and vehicles to ensure readiness and safety.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations throughout operations.
• Execute additional duties as assigned to support smooth funeral services.

Required profile

• Prior experience in funeral services or related fields is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence is beneficial for transportation responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and effective teamwork.
